  • Support RCM strategy implementation, PM/CBM optimisation, and chronic failure elimination.
  • Validate weekly and 14-day plans, job plan completeness, kitting readiness, and planning or scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure condition monitoring findings translate into executable work orders.

Window 3 · Governance, Assurance, Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

Strengthen work management discipline and support tactical improvement.

  • Support GM-AM assurance and AM system governance reviews.
  • Validate work order data quality, failure code accuracy, and audit close-out progress.
